Adminsoft Accounts is a free accounting software application. Suitable for most small to medium sized businesses, and in most English speaking countries. Maintain your customer and supplier details. Produce sales invoices and statements. Enter supplier invoices and raise remittance advices. Data can be exported to Microsoft Word and Excel. Reports, invoices and statements can be emailed. The system is highly portable, it installs in it’s own folder and can be run directly from storage media such as USB memory sticks without installation. Versions also available specifically for the autotrade and caf/shop businesses. NOTE: versions 3.149 & later run as Freeware, which is free accounts software! The download is around 16mb, which for such a comprehensive accounting system is impressively small. Many other accounting software downloads are far bigger, and the software you end up with does far less! We have seen some download sizes over 300mb! Staggering. If you have a reasonable broadband connection, our software will typically download in less than one minute.

The software will run as Freeware, which is free accounts software! This provides you with a fully functional highly featured free accounts system. With no time out. If you have an older version of the software on your computer, you can still download the current version and it will automatically update your software.

Once downloaded, open AminsoftAccounts.exe to install. When you run the accounts system for the first time, the user ID is the word 'FIRST', and there is no password. However, it will not ask you to login, but will login for you. We suggest you add new users and passwords and remove the user ID 'FIRST' as soon as possible, and instruct the system to force users to login.
